We reply to every message, usually within one to two business days. We are a small team, so replies may come from different people, but every email gets a human answer.

Bug reports

The fastest fixes come from complete reports. Tell us the tool you used, the file type and rough size, your browser and operating system, and what you expected versus what happened. A screenshot or a short screen recording helps even more.

Privacy questions

Anything about data handling goes to privacy@editvideo.tools. The privacy policy explains what the site does and does not collect, and we are happy to answer specifics.

Feature requests

Ideas go on the roadmap. There is no voting system and no guarantee, but the tools that get built are usually the ones people asked for first.

Business inquiries

Press, partnerships and other business topics can use hello@editvideo.tools with a clear subject line.

There is no office phone and no chat widget. Email is the one channel, and it is checked every day.
